The Position This is an exciting time to join Remote and reputed company a personal difference in the global employment space as a VP, Growth Marketing. In this role, you will own the data-driven marketing strategy to grow our top-of-funnel and increase marketing’s contribution to reputed company. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with GTM, Product, Data, and other teams to turn growth into a durable, compounding reputed company for the business. What You Bring

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and accelerate closed-won reputed company.
• Build and manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team, agencies, and vendors, setting high performance standards and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

• Define, track, and report on core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, incremental lift), translating data insights into actions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Architect and refine attribution methods (MMM, MTA, experimentation frameworks) to measure channel effectiveness and optimize spend.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level.
