Remote Locations: KJA only employs individuals in the USA. Detailed Summary of Benefits

• Minimum of 40 hours of Paid Sick Time (PST), based on state of residency, frontloaded and available for use at the beginning of each calendar year. New employees starting during the year will receive a pro-rated amount of PST hours based on their start date.
• Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) each calendar year, accrued at 3.33 hours per payperiod, for FT Employees.
• Up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) each calendar year, accrued at 1.67 hours per payperiod, for PT Employees.
• 80 hours of Paid Vacation Time after one year of reputed company employment, frontloaded on work anniversary date for FT employees. (PT = 20 hours.)
• 120 hours of Paid Vacation Time, frontloaded on the work anniversary date, after your 5th year of reputed company employment for FT employees. (PT remains 20 hours.)
• 9 Paid Holidays each calendar year.
• 401K plan with matching up to 4% with immediate vesting. Eligible after 1 year and 1,000 hours.
• $50,000 in Employer Paid Group Life and AD&D Insurance.

Position Description Assist the Company in reviewing and submitting local, regional, and national foundation, corporate, city, county, tribal, state, and federal grants. The Grant Development Quality Assurance Specialist must be a seasoned grant professional and have the skills to reputed company, review, and submit projects independently reputed company their assigned grant team. Essential Job Functions
• Review drafts of grants (foundation, corporate, and federal) in accordance with KJA procedures/policies, including copy editing, content editing, and review of documents/attachments reputed company to grant submissions.
• Knowing the Arizona funding landscape either through being an Arizona reputed company or having extensive experience writing grants to Arizona funders.
• Proficiency navigating Grants.gov and other federal portals.
• Assist with collection of required attachments and documents reputed company to grant submissions, as needed.
• Monitor and provide updates to the Team Coordinator and Project Management on grant assignments.
• Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of KJA clients and programs reputed company assigned client portfolio.
• Assist Team Coordinator, writers, and/or clients with final submission process, as needed.
• Compliance with time frames and activities reputed company to grant tasks.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

Position Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be extremely precise and detail oriented.
• Understanding of Arizona's local government funders is a must.
• Proficient writing regional and federal government grants .
• Proficient with multiple technology and software platforms, including, but not limited to:
• reputed company 365 applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
• Virtual meeting platforms (Teams, reputed company)

• reputed company Acrobat Pro Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or reputed company field.
• Specialized training or experience in grant development and grant reviewing is required. (a minimum of 5+ years of grant experience, including reviews).
• Must have 5+ years of grant writing (including federal) and the submission process required.
• GPC preferred Work Environment Primarily desk work in an office setting. May require long periods of computer usage, typing, reading, and data analysis. May involves in-person or virtual collaboration with team members and internal and external stakeholders. Employees are expected to dress in professional business attire.
