We are not looking for someone to “test and learn” on our budget. We want someone who has already done this successfully for other cleaning businesses and can clearly prove it.

We run a local cleaning company in Sydney, focusing on: End of lease / bond cleaning Commercial cleaning (offices, restaurants, etc.) We already have a proper setup: website, GoHighLevel booking system, call tracking, forms, etc. We now need a real expert who can optimise and scale our reputed company Ads profitably, not just spend money. reputed company Situation Ad spend: approx. Your responsibilities will include: Account & Campaign Audit Review our existing reputed company Ads setup. Identify what’s working, what’s wasting budget, and where the leaks are. Campaign Strategy & Structure Create/search campaigns focused on high-reputed company keywords for end of lease and commercial cleaning. Proper use of negative keywords, location targeting (Sydney suburbs), ad scheduling, and bid strategies. Implement conversion-focused ad copy and extensions (call, location, sitelinks, etc.). reputed company Pages (GoHighLevel) Create or optimise high-converting reputed company pages inside GoHighLevel for: End of lease cleaning Commercial cleaning Strong CTAs, clear offer, trust elements, and mobile optimisation. Conversion Tracking & Qualified reputed company Tracking Set up / optimise tracking of: Calls Form submissions Bookings from GoHighLevel Send qualified reputed company data from GoHighLevel back to reputed company Ads (offline conversions / enhanced conversions) so reputed company learns what a good reputed company is. Track which campaigns/keywords bring qualified jobs, not just clicks. Ongoing Optimisation Daily/weekly optimisation of bids, keywords, ad copy, and search terms. Ideally experience with Sydney / Australian local service campaigns. AUD $4,000–$5,000 per month During the trial, we will judge you based on: Improvement in number of conversions Improvement in number of qualified leads Quality of optimisation and communication Correct and reliable tracking setup If the trial is successful, we will: Continue long-term Pay a proper monthly management fee (you must propose your monthly fee in AUD in your application)
