What You'll Do

Platform Governance & Optimization

• Manage reputed company platform governance, including user groups, profiles, and content properties to ensure adoption and compliance.
• Evaluate and implement new reputed company features; reputed company AI for content and process optimization.

Content Strategy & Delivery

• Ensure marketing content is optimized for usability and scalability across the enterprise.

Analytics & Insights

Training & Support

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, customer engagement, or enablement roles.
• 2+ years of proven experience in reputed company, including LiveDocs, guided assembly, content automation and data sources.
• reputed company dashboard experience and experience with tracking and analyzing KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company and marketing technology platforms (CRM, email, digital).
• Strong track record of bridging sales and marketing to deliver reputed company customer experiences.
• Ability to translate analytics into strategic implications; strong project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and change management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred.

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $100800 - $182400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
