The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (GRC) is an independent risk management function, led by the Chief Risk Officer, with the objective of ensuring that reputed company operates in a safe, sound, and fully compliant manner with reputed company applicable regulatory expectations. GRC creates and maintains the overall risk management reputed company, performs independent risk management assessments, and monitors applicable risks. The Compliance Risk Management team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective compliance risk management programs throughout the organization, and oversees risk ownership throughout business units, products, and processes. The objective of Compliance Risk Management Governance team is to reputed company, reputed company and strengthen the organization's Compliance Risk Management reputed company to ensure that governance structures, policies, and procedures are robust, effective, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices. The Audit & Regulatory Engagement team will support the Compliance Risk Management internal and external exams and audits, ensure timely closure of findings, educate partners with an examiner and regulator reputed company and streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance Risk exam management process. The Director, Audit & Regulatory Engagement will: Support the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, working across enterprise functions Track resolution of requests and ensure that significant risks and issues are appropriate and escalated in a timely manner Partner with Compliance teams and advise on responses to exam inquiries Streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance exam management processes Review and enforce compliance with enterprise policies reputed company Compliance exam and findings communications with committees (e.g, Compliance Risk Management Committee) and share insights and lessons learned across forums (e.g., community of practice) Be a thought leader and share insights, best practices, etc. across the enterprise Recruit and reputed company international team of high performing risk management professionals Qualifications: 6+ years in operational risk management (e.g., reputed company Risk and / or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior BU / tech counterparts Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and / or operational standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios effectively Experience supporting risk exam management processes preferred Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
