Join reputed company as we help shape the future. reputed company seeks an energetic and passionate data science leader to build a high-performing, empathetic analytics team and deliver smarter product pricing decisions. This role will focus on the Homeowners line of business reputed company the Personal Insurance Loss and Demand Modeling team. We support our product and pricing partners through the delivery of rigorously developed and tested solutions including modeling and implementation support. As a Director, you will play a significant role in partnering with business, technology, and data units to design and execute on strategic reputed company to enhance the organization's pricing sophistication and competitive advantage. This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our PI HUB office locations (Hartford, CT. San Antonio, TX. Scottsdale, AZ. Charlotte, NC. Tampa, FL. reputed company, OH.) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise. Experience & Skills

• Master's or Ph.D required, in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Economics, AI Machine Learning, or other similar analytical fields
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Research Functions reputed company the P&C insurance industry, other Financial Services or reputed company fields. Standout candidates will have direct experience with pricing models.
• 3+ years directing a team, setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives. Experience managing technical personnel in project based environment.
• Programming experience in Python required
• Additional knowledge and experience of MLOps (including model deployments and CI/CD) and cloud-based applications techniques are preferred
• Subject matter expertise in statistical modeling
• Strong strategic thinking and exceptional analytical capability
• Strong verbal/written communication skills; Must be able to communicate effectively at reputed company levels across the organization
• Requires sophisticated business acumen in order to successfully translate reputed company technical topics into business solutions and strategies

Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
