Description Position Summary: The State Reporting Analyst for Behavioral Health & Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services ensures accurate, timely, and compliant submission of reputed company state-mandated reports reputed company to behavioral health programs. This role supports data-driven decision-making by maintaining high-quality reporting standards, closely monitoring mental health regulatory requirements, and partnering with program managers, clinical staff, and compliance teams. The analyst will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and transparency in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze program and service delivery data to meet mental health reporting requirements for state and federal agencies, including DHCS, Medi-Cal, & SAMHSA.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive, error-free reports reputed company specified deadlines, ensuring alignment with state mental health regulations and guidelines.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or public Behavioral Health & SUD Services with a focus on data reporting, analytics, and compliance.
  • Experience working with Medi-Cal, DHCS, SAMHSA or other CA-based reporting systems performing analytical and audits.

  • Familiarity with state and federal reporting systems and formats (e.g., 837 files, XML submissions, error reconciliation processes).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other privacy/confidentiality regulations affecting behavioral health services.
  • Knowledge of reputed company, reporting tools, and data visualization.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
