The role involves collaborating with various teams to create reputed company and resonant design experiences while managing the creative team and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine content audit to ensure the communication across our digital platforms is consistent and cohesive with the brand direction
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure content is delivered in the most impactful way to our consumers

• Create compelling long-term strategies that allow content to scale, Use metrics and research to improve design communication and validate your work

Skills

• Bachelors preferred
• At least 8 years of experience collaborating with design teams
• Previous experience consuming or creating customer journeys and personas
• Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Structures)

• UX/CX Experience
• Experience in HTML
• Understanding of Coding
• Understanding of DAM Management
• At least 8 years of experience working as a digital designer with strong insights of UX/CX knowledge

• Passion for and knowledge of retail and fashion industries
• Ability to craft compelling content to reputed company and reputed company consumers
• Ability to manage a multitude of projects at different facets in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion
