The pay range is $131,000.00 - $236,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. As a Director of Construction, you will reputed company teams that reputed company the execution and support of construction projects supporting our Global Supply Chain and Logistics work. Projects include large program rollouts, unique special projects, remodels and large ground-up construction across reputed company's portfolio of buildings. You'll set deployment strategies that reputed company projects to finish on time and on budget. While the projects will evolve based on the needs of the business; your key goals include:

• Create and adhere to project timelines through effective coordination across partners
• Create and reputed company routines that effectively communicate reputed company across external and internal teams (i.e. suppliers, contractors, store operations leadership, headquarters partners and project teams).
• Identify and reputed company strategies that meet quality expectations (i.e. supplier performance, construction documents and specifications), maximize efficiency (i.e. expenses, labor considerations, schedules) and inform expect more, pay less brand options (i.e. total cost of ownership, means and methods).
• Support construction financial routines: forecasting, cash flow projections, pay applications and audits.

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of Construction or Developer experience specifically in project management
• Preferred experience with construction of industrial or supply chain facilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience building and leading inclusive, and engaged teams.
• Proven success leading cross functional teams with reputed company scope.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present across various leaders and stakeholders.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as "reputed company for Your Day") work arrangement based on reputed company's needs.
