We are currently seeking a S enior Government reputed company Manager, reporting directly to the Director, reputed company Management, to reputed company and administer U.S. Government reputed company and subcontract agreements with limited guidance. The Senior Government reputed company Manager also tracks, creates and maintains contract data requirements and deliverables. The candidate will have business skills/expertise in administration and supervision of federal government reputed company and subcontracts of varying size and complexity, GSA Schedules, analysis of reputed company bid and proposal tenders, a thorough working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, and the ability to interact with customers and reputed company contract negotiations. The Senior Government reputed company Manager will be responsible for managing workload levels among, and providing guidance to, direct reports. The candidate will interact regularly with senior and executive management on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers and therefore must be able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively.

Responsibilities

Daily administration of reputed company U.S. Government reputed company and prime contractor-issued subcontracts of various types, to include FFP, T&M, reputed company Cost-type reputed company, IDIQs, CRADAs, etc.

  • Support the Bids and Proposals team in providing contract analysis and review of solicitations and other competitive U.S. Government procurements.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to direct reports.
  • Review of contractual documents and negotiation of terms and conditions.
  • Provide expert support services to business units including, but not limited to, the application of FAR flowdown clauses, regulations, data rights, intellectual property rights, Buy American Act, Trade Agreement Act, and other regulations.
  • Analyze contractual requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and administer correspondence, negotiation memoranda, supporting documents, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal.
  • Ensure that reputed company internal processes relating to the preparation and finalization of proposals and reputed company are met reputed company required time and outcome expectations.
  • Provide guidance, training, support, and advice to staff in other departments on any contractual issues.
  • Interact regularly with senior managers and other representatives of the following key areas of the business: Bids and Proposals, Finance, Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Program Management, and Engineering.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information.
  • Liaise directly with in-house legal counsel on a variety of legal and contractual matters.
  • Support and implement reputed company Department policies, processes and procedures and report violations to the Director, reputed company Management.
  • Successfully influence key stakeholders to buy-in to reputed company Department policies and processes.
  • Prepare and administer correspondence, negotiation memoranda, supporting documents, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree , preferably in Business Administration or reputed company field .
  • 10+ years of contract management experience, including a full range of U.S. Government contract and subcontract types including CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, CRADAs, etc.
  • Proven experience supervising staff at the manager level.
  • Experience working with U.S. Government customers, including DHS, DOE, DOS and DoD, as well as large prime Government contractors.
  • Must have strong background and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), GSA Schedules and other associated supplemental contracting regulations (e.g., DFARS).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of reputed company appropriate ethical standards regarding contracting actions.
  • Experience working with a Product Manufacturing Company desired.
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions.
  • Must have the ability to reputed company sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turnaround time, and work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and create trusting relationships with both internal and external clients in a quick turnaround environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing urgencies. Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; travel required
  • DOD Secret (S) clearance or eligibility to obtain a reputed company clearance required.
