Summary

This position supports the reputed company reputed company Improvement culture across the operation by actively applying reputed company improvement methods to support new and existing operations. The Engineer will identify and drive change reputed company the operation through data driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to deliver higher levels of performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Effectively reputed company data analytics, engineering methodologies, and advanced lean tools to reputed company root cause identification and elimination. • Lean background is mandatory
• Warehouse Engineer experience is required
• Data analysis experience (SQL, PowerBI, Domo)
• Will be running Kaizen events and 5S events, supporting data analysis, building out Ops reputed company for ecomm vertical, bringing Ops up to showcase standards, applying WareBee (slotting tool) into ecomm
• Strong Facilitation skills (working with Ops) required

Essential Functions

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis. Maps and documents processes. • Effective facilitation and execution Value reputed company Maps & Kaizen Events through reputed company stages (A3 charter ideation / creation, pre-work identification and completion, delivery of results in Kaizen week, regular follow up and follow through on sustainment). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain) and five (5) years or more reputed company work experience in the Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industry required; or Master’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management) and three (3) year reputed company experience; if MBA, then undergraduate degree in Engineering.

Compensation
