Senior HubSpot "Content Hub" and "Marketing Hub" Administrator (3-month contract)

Why you?Are you an experienced HubSpot Administrator? Supporting both CMS (Content Management) as well as Hubspot Marketing Hub? Do you want to work remotely? Do you have well rounded experience configuring Hubspot as well as ability to plan/design modifications to existing configuration to be able to meet growing business needs? Can you perform research and proof of concepts to ensure proposed changes to configuration are not affecting existing functionality? Do you have experience collaborating with IT and Marketing teams to develop solutions that meet the business goals? Do you have experience working in a contract or consulting capacity?What will you be doing?Supporting us on a project related to Hubspot Marketing & Content HubManage the implementation and configuration of HubSpot Marketing Hub to enhance sales and marketing effortManage HubSpot Content Hub to ensure our website is supported and administered correctlyProvide input in configuring HubSpot to ensure existing and future business needs are accommodated, continuously explore opportunities to improve HubSpot processes and functionalitiesReview error logs, reports, SEO recommendations etc. to ensure the set up of Hubspot is properly maintained and issues addressed promptlyMaintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the HubSpot platformSet up and troubleshoot HubSpot integration with 3rd party apps (Salesforce etc)Analyze HubSpot data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementBe the go-to source for information on HubSpot functionalityBe part of Agile implementation process, and track your work in tickets, providing status updates, feedback, and be part of backlog grooming, prioritization and estimation of workCollaborate with other members of the Enterprise Data and Apps team and Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to provide suggestions for new features implementation, while maintaining performance and stability of the systemWhat do we need from you?Experience working in a contract or consulting capacity.Minimum 3 years of experience being a technical lead for Hubspot Marketing Hub (in depth experience in configuring, integrating, maintaining and expanding HubSpot functionality)Minimum 2 years of experience being a technical lead for HubSpot Content Hub (website) and back-end configuration for efficient and templated content creationMinimum 1 year of experience integrating HubSpot Marketing Hub with Salesforce and other toolsExperience working Marketing Ops& Sales OpsMinimum 2 years of experience working with HubL, CSS and HTMLMinimum 2 years of experience working with SEO, Google Search Console reports, Google Analytics reports, Hubspot SEO reports.Experience with Hubspot CMS performance best practices, configuration best practices etc.Ability to leverage HubSpot functionality to create and improve our internal processes Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, by posting updates to tickets, following up on own tasks, communicating roadblocks, being proactive about issues that may prevent the work from being completedSome experience using Agile methodologies, including working in Sprints, prioritizing work, estimating stories is a plusAble to follow existing process and document steps needed to accomplish the solutionAdept at understanding internal clients needs and challenging those needs across stakeholdership to identify the most efficient long-term solutionsAbility to communicate highly effectively in English, both oral and written, with internal stakeholders at multiple levelsAbility to work in the schedule to align with North American business hours (9-5 EST)Experience proven by relevant certificationWhy PythianPythian excels at helping businesses use their data and cloud to transform how they compete and win in this ever-changing environment by delivering advanced on-prem, hybrid, cloud and multi-cloud solutions to solve the toughest data challenges faster and better than anyone else.
