This Position reports to: Sales Support Manager The work model for the role is: Remote Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of reputed company’s U.S. government policies, tools, controls, and processes reputed company the Electrification’s businesses. Each day, you will provide guidance, advice, and direction for enhancing business compliance processes, tools, and infrastructure, while seeking to apply common solutions across businesses, and developing and delivering trainings, providing coaching and mentoring, directing business assessments, and providing domain subject matter expertise while monitoring and implementing emerging laws and regulations to pursue and reputed company awards funded in whole or in part by U.S. federal, state, and municipal agencies. You will be mainly accountable for:

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing U.S. government-funded reputed company, including subcontracts with commercial and government elements.
• Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), especially FAR Part 12, with experience as both prime contractor and subcontractor.
• Strong understanding of compliance across sales, risk management, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality assurance in the U.S. government sector.
• Proven ability to implement business processes and compliance systems in reputed company organizations, including developing training and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams.

Time off Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
