SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in the administration and support of the company’s incentive compensation programs. This position supports the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in reputed company and assists in managing incentive goal collection and plan execution. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain effective compensation strategies, particularly during reputed company and acquisition activities. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing compensation reports, assisting with incentive plan design and budgeting, supporting employee agreement tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation and procedures. The Compensation Analyst also provides back-up support for incentive accrual projections and cross-trains to ensure continuity across reputed company functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic and confidential environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in the administration of the Incentive Plan Program including collecting Incentive Goals and support functions of the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in reputed company.
  • Participates in reputed company due diligence and supports the compensation workstream during the integration process.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders to implement and manage compensation programs.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present compensation reports.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of incentive and bonus plans.
  • Assist with collections and tracking of Employee Agreements
  • Assist in the planning, management and forecasting of incentive budgets
  • Provide back-up support for incentive accrual projections and provide feedback to finance for incentive accrual calculations.
  • Document and maintain procedures reputed company to compensation responsibilities.
  • Cross-train in reputed company responsibilities to provide backup support as needed.
  • Performs other duties that are deemed to be essential.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, Finance or reputed company field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation management with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: HR or Compensation Professional Certification preferred

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

  • Completion of New Employee Orientation
  • Annual compliance training
  • Additional training as determined by the Director of Compensation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, either seated or standing at an adjustable desk
  • Must be able to lift, up to 25 pounds
  • May require occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend meetings or training sessions

  • Must work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $99,237.00 - $158,521.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
