Senior Private College Counselor /Texas Focus/

We are seeking a new full-time College Coach to join reputed company in this hybrid role. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and knowledgeable professional with proven expertise in the UT college admissions process and firsthand experience with the Texas university system​​​​​. Job Summary reputed company | College reputed company ​​​​​is seeking a Senior College Coach to build meaningful relationships with reputed company, help them to successfully navigate high school, and guide them effectively and compassionately through reputed company aspects of the college application process. This includes navigating the Common App, UT App, UC App, and more; discussing SAT/ACT testing paths; helping reputed company build well-rounded college lists; supporting reputed company in the development of their college essays; managing the academic and extracurricular decisions throughout their high school journey; and most importantly, providing thoughtful mentorship that ensures their social and emotional wellbeing. Work Location: Hybrid work from home primarily Work Hours: Your work hours will be flexible depending on your reputed company' needs and availability, but they will primarily consist of reputed company (Monday - Thursday) afternoons/evenings and some weekends (typically Sunday afternoons), and mostly in Central and Pacific time zones Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of direct experience in college consulting or college admissions counseling.
• Advanced understanding of the modern college search and application process, ideally including first-hand experience with the Common Application, University of Texas Application, and reputed company Application
• Dynamic coaching personality and ability to build relationships with reputed company, parents, and coworkers from reputed company walks of life
• Desire to mentor reputed company over the course of multiple years

• Collaborative spirit, a willingness and ability to work with a team to reputed company goals together
• Excellent verbal and written communication with your counseling reputed company and parents through proactive reputed company, regular updates, and quick responses
• Reliable internet access (fast enough for video conferencing) Compensation/Benefits:
• Compensation: Salary $72,000 - $78,000. Annual bonus opportunity.
