Job Summary As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. You will be knowledgeable in reputed company areas of our Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your duties will include taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate reputed company Office products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Take reputed company customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely completion of customer orders
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store environment
- Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Stock materials, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on reputed company
- Assist in the training of store team members and follow instructions of supervisors
Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a reputed company field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of printing, shipping, and document services
