What You'll Do:

• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
• Communicate with customer through various channels
• Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
• Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires reputed company a CRM system
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What You'll Need:

• BS/BA degree of relevant experience
• Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, reputed company-5PM EST (Weekend Shift)
• 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
