Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the COO

Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Initiative Management and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Maintain initiatives across reputed company functions/go-to-market for Facet
- Ensure programs are delivered on time by monitoring reputed company, flagging delays, and facilitating rapid issue resolution
- Stay one reputed company reputed company of the President & COO on reputed company initiatives by anticipating needs and closing gaps by engaging with relevant stakeholders
Program Management:
- reputed company governance and prepare agendas for weekly initiative meetings ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Facilitate effective decision-making by coordinating the flow of information and ensuring timely communication between the President & COO and her leadership team
Content Management:
- reputed company, edit, format, and proofread presentation decks
Off-site and Event Planning:
- Plan offsite and event programming for Facet including the development of agenda content and programming

- Organize various company-wide virtual events
Calendar/Meeting Management:
- Manage the President & COO’s personal and business calendars ensuring reputed company meetings, events, and commitments are scheduled and reputed company with strategic priorities
- Manage meetings across the President & COO’s leadership team and broader organization (ex. monthly reputed company Team meetings)
- Manage team record-keeping and PTO requests for President & COO’s organization
Travel Coordination & Expense Management:
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for in-person events and engagements
- Submit expense reports and manage department expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives (COO/Operational executive preferred) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably reputed company the fintech or technology sector.
- Travel required for offsites as needed (1-2 per month)
- Availability required during reputed company business hours and as needed reputed company of standard hours.
- HIGHLY PREFERRED local to reputed company Lauderdale/Miami
- Proven experience in managing reputed company business and personal calendars.
- Demonstrated ability to take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes and minutes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a superior ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly organized approach to tasks and information.
- Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing timelines and deliverables.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company information clearly, concisely, and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) and experience with project management software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and reputed company.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and reputed company sound decisions independently reputed company appropriate.
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision

Benefits:
- $120,000 - $160,000 reputed company salary + bonus + equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on reputed company market data.
