This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with ERP, HRIS, or CRM administration experience; a background in accounting, marketing, or professional services operations; hands-on change management chops; strong cross-functional collaboration skills; and a proven ability to drive projects that enhance systems, processes, and workflows. Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for reputed company Vantagepoint ERP, ensuring system reputed company, accurate data, and actionable insights.
- Support financial reporting, billing, invoicing, reputed company recognition, and forecasting processes.
- Partner with Finance leadership, Accounting, and Operations to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance integration with reputed company systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on power user and/or system administrator experience with reputed company Vantagepoint is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, billing, and accounting principles.
- Advanced skills in reporting/analysis and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Strong cross-functional project management and change management experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Proficiency with reputed company 365, including reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting, administering, and optimizing business systems reputed company the environmental consulting, engineering, or professional services industry.

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually* • *Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s reputed company experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
