About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company CX Business Ops Analyst with a proven track record in Professional Services or reputed company data analysis, ideally with experience in reputed company software environments. As a member of the CX Operations team, you will support the CX organization's growth and optimization, while sitting in the broader reputed company Operations team. You will have the opportunity to reputed company with everyone in the CX team as you build our internal analytics to help guide CX team members to deliver maximum value to blithequark customers.

  • Support the CX team in achieving its goals and objectives through data-driven insights and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, reputed company, Support, and Education, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • reputed company and maintain internal analytics and reporting to help guide CX team members in delivering maximum value to blithequark customers.
  • Function as the primary CX Ops reputed company of contact for reputed company data, reporting, and analytics questions on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of activities, including:

  • Working across SQL data warehouses (reputed company and Bigquery), Tableau, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company Slides to analyze and report on CX data.
  • Creating, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting reports, metrics, and dashboards across reputed company levels and roles of the CX team.
  • Building and maintaining slide decks for key CX Cadences (QBRs, reputed company-Hands, Board Decks, etc.).
  • Building and maintaining the CX data dictionary and reporting suite for reputed company roles and levels of CX.
  • Analyzing, modeling, and forecasting Professional Services KPIs for internal and external resources.
  • Owning the user adoption and documentation of CX analytics.
  • Managing CX team inquiries and reputed company requests across data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Helping improve customer data points and running projects as necessary to ensure data reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for data, user experience, and automation.
  • Strong customer service attitude, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and modeling. Experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Advanced Gsheet and Gslides skills; Tableau reporting expertise, Basic reputed company reporting skills.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to concisely reputed company reputed company issues and solutions to different audiences.
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with ETL and reverse ETL technologies, and data transformations with DBT.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
