Position at reputed company reputed company Solutions Job Title: Business Development Manager - AHU & DX Location: Remote Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to reputed company growth initiatives in the HVAC sector with a focus on customized reputed company handling units (AHUs). This role will be responsible for building new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving reputed company growth by positioning our customized solutions to meet unique customer needs across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute a growth strategy focused on selling customized AHUs to reputed company markets (healthcare, data centers, education, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, facility managers, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to create tailored HVAC solutions that address customer specifications and performance requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and reputed company sales agreements that align with business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, professional associations, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management reputed company the HVAC industry; experience with custom AHUs or applied equipment preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, reputed company handling units, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company sales targets and drive growth in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand reputed company engineering specifications and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
