About the Role

The Regional Asset Manager will reputed company a portfolio of commercial industrial real estate assets reputed company the Dallas/Ft Worth region, driving the financial and operational performance of each property. This role has a strong analytical focus, utilizing key financial metrics, advanced modeling, and business intelligence to maximize property value and investor returns. The position reports to the SVP of Asset Management and collaborates with internal teams in acquisitions, finance, property management, leasing, and construction, as well as with external partners including brokers, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of value-add initiatives, refinancing, and dispositions with clear financial justification and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to optimize occupancy, rental income, and operational efficiency; support lease negotiations based on in-depth market analysis.
• Monitor market trends, economic data, and submarket performance to inform forecasting, acquisition, and disposition decisions.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants, investor requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed analyses, dashboards, and reports for investment committee and stakeholder reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a reputed company field; advanced degree (MBA or Masters) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management or financial analysis, preferably with multi-tenant industrial or commercial real estate portfolios.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budget management, variance analysis, and the application of performance metrics for asset optimization.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools: reputed company (advanced), Yardi, and real estate management software.
• Superior communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Up to 40% regional travel required.

Preferred Skills

• CFA, CCIM, or similar advanced certification in asset or financial management.

The annual full-time reputed company salary range for this role is: $125,000 - $190,000 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval.
