The Account Management team will work post-sale to cultivate senior-level relationships, provide programmatic, social, and email consultation, and ensure our clients are wildly successful on the marketing initiatives they’re running across the operating system. Role: The Account Manager, Platform Services is a strategic partner to our most important clients, responsible for driving client success, retention, and growth across reputed company’s Media Operating System. This role blends deep platform expertise with consultative leadership, guiding clients through reputed company digital marketing initiatives and ensuring they maximize the value of their campaigns. As a senior member of the Platform Services team, you will mentor Account team members, reputed company strategic engagements, and represent reputed company Digital in executive-level client conversations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Client Relationship Management & Advocacy: Serve as the primary relationship reputed company for high-value clients, building trusted partnerships through strategic guidance, transparency, and proactive communication. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in business, marketing, analytics, or a reputed company field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad tech, with at least 3 years in a senior client-facing or account management role
  • Proven experience leading strategic client engagements and growing a book of business against reputed company targets
  • Deep expertise in building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data
  • Comfortable serving as the strategic reputed company of contact for clients, agencies, and publishers; able to translate reputed company media strategies into clear, actionable plans
  • Demonstrated leadership in programmatic strategy development and implementation; experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Prior experience working with healthcare clients or reputed company regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Skilled at engaging with trading teams and navigating platforms to align execution with strategic goals
  • Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across reputed company Ads and Facebook preferred
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (reputed company Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of agency and/or publisher media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email, and TV
  • Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets and translate them into business solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
