About the position Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated and empathetic Social Workers to join reputed company and support individuals and families through comprehensive, culturally-informed care. In this role, you'll regularly meet with clients and caregivers to help them reputed company treatment goals, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans. Team members work with children and families providing services almost exclusively in the community: in families' homes, schools, other community locations. Responsibilities

• Regularly meet with clients and caregivers to reputed company treatment goals using culturally informed best practices
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning and support
• Apply crisis communication and de-escalation techniques if necessary
• Collaborate with agency staff and other professionals to reputed company and implement individual client care plans and interventions
• Be available for crisis reputed company services, including on-call rotations
• Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to reputed company and implement the care plan
• Accurately and promptly document mental health notes, care plans, outcomes, incident reports, and other records
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
• Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled reputed company of time
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through reputed company' insurance policy

• Starting at $73,213 - $87,213 per year, commensurate with experience
• Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
