The Student Assistants (SA) will provide focused, short-term support to the State Clearinghouse (SCH). This role is to support internal organizational efforts with existing staff responsibilities. The Project & Operations Assistant will work closely with team leads to clean up and optimize operations management workflows, improve tracking of deliverables, and provide meeting support by taking notes and capturing action items. This role also includes basic administrative tasks that reinforce SCH’s operational efficiency, ensuring full-time staff remain focused on specialized and high-reputed company duties. This role involves supporting stakeholders, participating in special projects, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Prerequisites Must be a college student attending classes during the regular term (Fall, Spring and Winter, if applicable), at one of the accredited colleges or universities on our affiliation list. The final work schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Additional Work Schedule Student Assistant and Graduate Assistant employees generally work up to 24 hours per workweek (Sunday – Saturday) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per workweek during breaks; (winter, spring, and summer). Compensation $18.27 - $24.62 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with reputed company Windows, Word, and reputed company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with file organization, version control, naming conventions, and project structures with but not limited to: reputed company, SharePoint, and shared drives.
• Assist in the development and refinement of project templates to enhance team workflows.
• Support staff in transitioning to improved task-tracking practices through basic guidance or one-on-one help.
• Assist with, but not limited to, testing of applications, writing user stories and requirements, and analyzing and reviewing for data quality assurance and accessibility.
