- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — both agency and in-house preferred.
- 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (ideally reputed company the open-reputed company software or engineering ecosystem).
- Proven ability to partner directly with C-level leadership as a strategic advisor.
- Strong record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments; reputed company under pressure and results-oriented.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage senior-level technical and leadership requisitions, driving full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
- Partner with company leadership to strategically expand the senior and leadership talent reputed company.
- Build and strengthen OpenTeams’ employer brand reputed company the open-reputed company community; nurture relationships with key contributors and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to share best practices, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure an engaging, high-performing culture.
- Support hiring manager enablement through interview training and process improvements focused on quality and efficiency.
- Create and analyze recruiting metrics and reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and scalability.
- Collaborate on talent development programs to identify and grow high-potential candidates internally.

- Preliminary Interview - 30 minutes: You will speak with our recruiter about your background and what you are looking for in your next role. We want to know why you are interested in joining us and what questions you have about the team. - Phone Interview - 45 minutes: In this interview, you will speak to the hiring manager. There will be a deeper focus on your experience, and a mix of behavior and reputed company set questions that align with the direct role.
- Virtual Onsite - 1.5 hours: You'll have the opportunity to meet folks from our reputed company team in a panel interview for 45 minutes about team dynamics and cultural fit. You will also meet with our CHRO, to chat about your background, what you’ve learned, and why you’d like to work with us.
