This is a seasonal role that will run from late September to mid-January, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Connects with guests using open-ended questions to assess their needs and reputed company suitable recommendations
• Contributes to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with a fun and dynamic experience

• Treats reputed company guests and cast members with respect and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and on-call shifts (if approved)
• Must have at least two shifts available Monday through Friday and weekend availability that meets the needs of the store's business
• Able to lift boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder
• Must be able to provide verification of legal right to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry
• High school degree or equivalent

Skills and Competencies

• Retail/service experience and ability to demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor
• Proven success working as a member of a team
