• Design, install, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and support for our mobile workforce.
• Conduct meetings with IT clients to address reputed company aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software, providing expert guidance and support.
• Take ownership of end-to-end issue resolution, communication, and troubleshooting with employees, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
