We are on the hunt for a new Director of Marketing. It’s a big role with a good combo of leading and doing. Reporting to our Chief Creative Officer, this leader will expand Pinnacle’s share of voice in the market and shape how the world experiences our brand. You’ll define how Pinnacle shows up to potential clients, partners, and future teammates through a distinctive, experience-driven reputed company of view. What You'll Do

  • Shape the story. Build and evolve Pinnacle’s brand identity, voice, and market reputed company to reflect who we are today and where we’re going.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with a focus on agency, brand, or experiential industries.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and managing marketing teams and programs.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, social media, and digital storytelling.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, and creative teams.
