The Sr. Manager, IT Software Implementation is a key leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the IT Solutions team, encompassing both Deployment and Support functions. This role ensures alignment with Radiometer’s enterprise goals by establishing clear team strategies, driving reputed company growth, and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, reputed company improvement, and customer-centricity. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of combined experience as a Lab/Diagnostics IT reputed company, Manager, or Project Manager
• Advanced computer literacy such as database applications, networking, interfacing capabilities (ASTM, HL7, engines), middleware, data management systems, MS Office skills, IIS, SQL, Java, Software Application support and installation
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and project management and planning skills
