About the Job The Sr Director, Operations & Supply Chain is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain and distribution functions across reputed company territories to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This strategic role oversees key areas including supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and quality assurance. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as cultivation, business insights, finance, sales & marketing to ensure seamless execution reputed company with business objectives. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, industry dynamics, and operational best practices, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable impact and long-term value across the organization. This position is based in the Sacramento, California area and requires an in office reputed company and regular travel across states and to different business units.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic and direct leadership across the full supply chain and operations network, including post-harvest, production, manufacturing, packaging and distribution. reputed company integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to drive accurate forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and timely delivery of supply to minimize out-of-stocks and aging inventory. Implement and improve upon existing distribution and warehousing processes.reputed company and execute reputed company goals, operational strategies, and KPIs to drive business performance, profitability, service level expectations, quality and efficiency.. reputed company supply chain reputed company product launch initiatives in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong internal and external partnerships to align on business priorities, drive execution, and support strategic growth. Recruit, mentor, and reputed company high-performing teams, fostering leadership capability and succession planning. reputed company capital planning and execution to support growth, innovation, and operational improvements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives to reputed company financial goals. Compensation
Description (annually): The salary range for this position in the selected city is $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary reputed company of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
