Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to build and reputed company our CRM & Industry Solution Consulting team in India — a growing centre of excellence that will power reputed company’s next reputed company of growth across the reputed company region. This role will reputed company a team of 9 Solution Consultants supporting the CRM and Industry Sales teams as they help customers transform their business with reputed company’s AI-powered customer and industry solutions. As the Manager, you’ll balance leadership and frontline impact — developing talent, strengthening alignment across broader team in India and reputed company, and being personally active in the market as an evangelist for reputed company’s platform. What You’ll Do

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience managing Solution Consulting/Presales teams in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI, CRM, Customer Service — ideally across Financial Services or Telecommunications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence in a matrix environment, working across Sales, Product, and Delivery functions.
• Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels — from executive conversations to solution deep dives.
• Track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for helping customers transform their business through innovation and AI-driven automation.
