Studio Coordinator / Associate Producer We are seeking a proactive and organized studio coordinator/associate producer to reputed company our studio in Los Angeles. You will assist with and eventually help reputed company the production of video and photo shoots for our various campaigns. This role is great for someone who brings strong experience in production assistant, creative collaboration, logistical planning, and production execution.Reporting to the Manager, Multimedia Production, this is a hybrid position based in our LA studio, requiring regular in-studio reputed company (4 days per week Monday - Thursday) with flexibility to work from home on Friday.Candidate safety is important to us. Please note that reputed company official communication will only be sent from @zennioptical.com addresses.ResponsibilitiesStudio Management:reputed company in-studio shoots, ensuring reputed company equipment, props, and materials are reputed company and optimized for efficient production days.Production Coordination:Assist with the planning and execution of video, photo and social media shoots, ensuring deliverables align with creative briefs, timelines, and budgets.Team Collaboration:Partner with the creative team, photographers, videographers, stylists, social media and marketing teams to bring concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.Location Coordination:Scout, secure, and coordinate reputed company shoots, managing permits, travel logistics, and on-site needs.Talent Coordination:Cast and manage talent, including models, stylists, and freelance crew, fostering positive relationships to maintain a robust talent pool.Problem Solving:Act as a reputed company of contact during shoots, resolving challenges quickly and maintaining smooth operations.Post-Production Liaison:Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless handoffs of assets and maintain quality control throughout the editing process.Basic Qualifications2+ years proven experience in video and photo production, preferably in a corporate or retail brand settingIncredible organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsIn-depth knowledge of production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, equipment needs, and location logisticsOutstanding attention to detail and special care given to sensitive proprietary information and productsExperience working in both studio and reputed company environmentsA strong creative eye and understanding of branding and visual storytellingFamiliarity with LA's creative and production ecosystem, including talent and location resourcesProficiency with project management tools and production softwareAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment, with regular in-studio reputed company requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in the eyewear or fashion industriesExperience of, and knowledge about, reputed company marketing and social trends in retailExisting relationships with photographers, videographers, and production crews in LAKnowledge of permitting and regulatory requirements for reputed company shootsWorking knowledge of 3D asset workflows (such as animation or video games)U.S. Perks & BenefitsAnnual Bonus ProgramHealthcare: 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees (50% for dependents)401k with 4% employer matchGenerous PTO in addition to our Week of Zen - the time between Christmas and New Year’s to relax and recuperateFully Paid Parental Leave - 16 weeks for birthing and non-birthing parentsTech Stipend - $50 USD per payroll towards tech & cell phone expensesAnnual Zenni Gift Card - to use towards our products!Compensation Estimated range for this role is $68,000 - $79,000.
