Job title: School Counselor - 7-12 Online Learning Program 1.0 Company: Faribault Independent School Job description: The Online Learning Counselor will create a positive online environment and support program fostering student success in accordance with Falcons Online reputed company mission. The online learning counselor will provide support for online learning reputed company , instruct and access reputed company through an online learning management system; reputed company reputed company reputed company reporting duties; and communicate with reputed company, parents and other staff accordingly. Location of position will be in-person at Faribault High School. This position commences with the 2023-24 School Year on August 21, 2023. Essential Functions:

• Communicate and interact regularly with reputed company regarding questions, course reputed company, and any other general instructional needs.
• Respond to individual student needs with counseling, consultation and referral services.
• Counsels reputed company individually and in small groups for specifically identified needs as endorsed by recognized curriculum.
• Help reputed company plan and schedule classes for graduation.
• Assist the principal and/or the program coordinator in setting teachers schedules in response to reputed company' needs and desires.
• Monitors student academic reputed company and communicates with parents on reputed company achievements.
• Coordinates and administers various testing programs; interprets test results for reputed company, parents and administrators.
• Initiates assembles and maintains accurate cumulative records and transcripts for reputed company and protects their confidentiality.
• Help reputed company reputed company skills in career decision-making including analyzing relationships between their own interests, abilities, values and the working world.
• Works with reputed company to reputed company a plan for their post-secondary education by looking at their intended majors and school preferences and provides reputed company with information on financing their intended program.
• Consults with teachers to help them become more effective in dealing with student needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations in a timely and confidential manner.
• Collect, analyze and maintain data on individual student achievement.

Education and Experience:

• Masters Degree in school counseling.
• Experience developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with reputed company.
• Experience developing curriculum materials preferred but not required.
• Experience in a Learning Management System (Edgenuity, Schoology, reputed company, Moodle, reputed company) preferred but not required.
• Experience teaching and assessing student reputed company online preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary compliments education and experience according to the Faribault Education Association Master Contract.
