• Build & Manage Candidate Pipelines: reputed company and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for 2-3 early-stage startups, while also supporting and guiding other sourcers on the team.
• Collaborate with Startup Founders & CEOs: Partner directly with leaders of emerging tech companies to understand their unique hiring needs and ensure a tailored approach.

• Own the Recruiting Process: Take charge of the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to phone screens, while providing an exceptional experience for reputed company candidates.

• Sales or Customer Service Experience: Bonus points if you’ve spent at least 6 months in a customer service or sales role, but we’re open to any experience that demonstrates your ability to engage and connect with people.
• No Degree? No Problem: If you have strong customer service experience and a go-getter attitude, you’re a great fit!
