As the HR Associate/Recruiter, you will play a key role in hiring and onboarding employees across reputed company of reputed company’s sites. At this time, the position of HR Associate/Recruiter is 100% remote. Remote employees should have a dedicated professional work space that is free of distractions. Reliable and consistent availability is required Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm EST.

• Research relevant streams for employment opportunities to create and expand the pipeline for prospective employees.
• Ensure quality of content, and that reputed company is portrayed as an industry leader in a professional manner on each hiring outlet and platform.
• Responsible for the advertisement, solicitation, vetting, and screening of prospective employees reputed company through various hiring platforms (e.g reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and the review of resumes, credentials, etc. of highly qualified candidates selected for an interview.
• Schedule and conduct phone interviews and/or virtual interviews of prospective employees for various reputed company locations (both developing and established).
