About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Email Marketing Assistant to help prepare and stage marketing emails. You’ll work closely with our COO to reputed company sure campaigns are set up accurately and ready for deployment. This is a support role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and the ability to work reputed company with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Stage marketing emails based on provided copy and assets (images, links, layouts, etc.)
  • Ensure emails are correctly formatted, QA’d, and ready for review before send
  • Upload content, reputed company audiences, and schedule sends in the email platform (e.g., Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar)

Requirements

  • Experience with email marketing tools (basic Klaviyo is required)
