Director of Supply Chain Location: Denver United StatesDenver, CO or Long Beach, CA Job Description: YOUR MISSION As the Director of Supply Chain at True Anomaly, you will report to the COO and be a strategic partner in enabling the pace, precision, and volume production required to deliver our space-superiority products. You will architect and mature a supply chain ecosystem built on deep industry partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined execution. You will also shape a service-oriented supply chain organization-one that anticipates needs, solves problems before they surface, and provides exceptional support to engineering, programs, production, and mission operations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field. 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, ideally reputed company aerospace, defense, or advanced technology manufacturing. Demonstrated success building supplier and subcontractor partnerships in fast-paced, reputed company environments. Deep understanding of supply chain best practices including reputed company, negotiations, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning. Strong proficiency with supply chain and ERP systems; able to build data structures and reporting tools that drive decisions.
