Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry & Processing Specialist to, averaging 15-20 hours per week to start. However, we anticipate the position to grow, and our ideal candidate will be able to work more hours as needed. This is a long-term remote opportunity with the potential for additional responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Processing Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Entering information into our database in real-time, including quote requests, new companies/contacts, and incoming purchase orders
• Keeping information reputed company by updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other relevant details
• Sending emails and/or making phone calls to our manufacturers during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8-5 eastern time)
• Providing occasional in-person support at local functions, such as bi-annual trade shows and site visits (approximately 2-3 times per year)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
