About the position Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Manager, reputed company Central Hotel Services, reputed company to join the Central Hotel Services reputed company Strategy team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader commercial services team, including Marketing and Sales, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to reputed company Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and milestones from pre-opening through stabilization.
  • Ensure hotels are appropriately positioned in reputed company distribution channels at launch.
  • Analyze transient and group business segments to optimize pricing, length of stay controls, and distribution strategies.
  • Recommend and implement reputed company strategies that align with hotel positioning and market dynamics.
  • Manage and reputed company inventory allocation and restrictions to maximize occupancy and reputed company per available room (RevPAR).
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and forecasting for opening and transitioning hotels.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive set dynamics to optimize positioning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of reputed company management experience, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment.
  • Proven track record of managing pre-opening and transition hotel strategies, with measurable impact on reputed company-up performance.
  • Experience supporting full-service and/or select-service hotels across various markets and demand environments.
  • Proficient in reputed company Management Systems (reputed company), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Property Management Systems (PMS); experience with Hyatt systems (e.g., PRIO, Envision, SynXis, Opera) preferred.
  • Deep understanding of hotel pricing strategies, inventory control, and market segmentation.
  • Ability to interpret reputed company data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, especially under tight timelines during openings and transitions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and adaptable reputed company.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
