Sr Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job Summary Worksite: Hybrid - 1x per month & as requested Location: Northbrook, IL Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Architecture & Engineering: Design, engineer, and maintain IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, privileged access management (PAM), and federation services. Technical Expertise & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and federated authentication, providing leadership on best practices and innovation Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR): reputed company and implement ITDR capabilities to proactively detect, investigate, and mitigate identity-based threats, ensuring integration with overall reputed company operations. Operations & Support: reputed company the implementation and administration of IAM technologies supporting 40,000+ users and reputed company enterprise workflows. Provide Tier 3 support for IAM incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical reputed company events. Governance & Compliance: Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to ITGC and regulatory standards. Project Management & Execution: Plan, prioritize, and manage IAM projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Partner with IT reputed company, infrastructure, application teams, and business units to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance IAM strategies, streamline workflows, and implement automation to improve efficiency and reputed company posture MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience) Work Experience 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on CyberArk PAM, Azure Entra, and PingFederate 3+ years of experience in reputed company, cloud environments, or IT infrastructure 2+ years of experience in a senior engineer role reputed company IAM or Cybersecurity Knowledge / Skills / Abilities In-depth knowledge of IAM principles and best practices. The anticipated salary range for this position: $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
