  • Drive strategies for stores in assigned region, understanding and incorporating the nuances of the region, through periodic review and planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review; plans for things like community, recruiting, and people development; quarterly sales planning).
  • Monitor key store financial metrics for region to evaluate and report on store performance against objectives.
  • Ensure financial goals are met by recognizing shortfalls and growth opportunities based on key store financial metrics and creating or implementing solutions.   • 5 years of work experience in leadership role
  • Assets:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1 year work experience in multi-retail store management
  • Previous lululemon store management experience Compensation & Benefits Package reputed company Pay Range: $119,000-161,000/annually, subject to minimum wage in the location reputed company Bonus: 30% Total reputed company reputed company Pay Range: $154,700-209,300/annually lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
