Job Overview

As a liaison between blithequark and our vendor's customer service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and quality service delivery. This is a fully remote opportunity, with occasional requirements to commute to our Farmington Hills, MI office for team meetings, collaborative sessions, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions to ensure vendor customer service representatives (CSRs) are well-informed about blithequark products and services.
• Communicate plan updates and changes to the vendor's customer service department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
• Ensure compliance with plan regulations and guidelines by monitoring vendor activities and providing necessary guidance.
• Coordinate call calibrations to maintain consistency and quality in customer service interactions.

• Conduct live listening sessions of vendor CSR calls to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Essential Qualifications
