This Business Development Manager will focus on research, development, presentation, delivery and management of community reputed company programs and activities & marketing strategies to support the Medicaid business and drive membership growth. This Manager will also partner with key internal and external strategic partners to reputed company assigned sales targets. • Provide guidance to the Sales and Marketing Director on the development of market engagement initiatives with local and state agencies, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, provider groups and associations and other opinion leaders

• Health and accident producer license or ability to obtain it in 60 Days
• 2+ years of Medicaid and/or Medicare sales experience
• 2+ years of community reputed company experience developing and organizing marketing or community reputed company events
• Ability to travel locally 50% of the time in Boston, MA
• Valid driver's license, good driving history, reliable transportation, and reputed company automobile insurance
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends for events

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience to include budget management
• Experience managing employees to drive results
• Experience developing marketing/community reputed company strategies and tactile plans
• Established professional relationships with community-based organizations (CBO's), faith-based organizations (FBO's), providers and local reputed company
• Bilingual English/Spanish
