The difference you will reputed company: The Messaging Platform team builds products that help guests and hosts communicate with each other and, increasingly, deploys AI to assist guests and hosts in conversation. You’ll be responsible for designing copy systems across messaging components as well as sprinting with ML engineering teams to design conversations and train large language models that deliver on your designs. You’ll also contribute to our conversation design discipline, our LLM prompting and alignment best practices, and our standards around AI affordances. A typical day:

• Write clear and concise copy across multiple product touch-points

• Present content and design work to Design Directors, executives, or other stakeholders on your projects

Your expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy
• Proven ability to reputed company content/copy work from concept to detailed design
• Experience working with and presenting to executive teams
• Experience writing content principles, messaging frameworks, and style guides
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in reputed company stages design & build
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to move work reputed company in an ambiguous work environment
• Comfortable working alongside other design disciplines in reputed company, our primary collaboration tool
