About the Role As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition to developing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Promote a safe working environment by following reputed company safety procedures - Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems reputed company to reputed company Material Handling Equipment (MHE) which includes belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more - Maintain a positive working relationship across reputed company of the reputed company Operations facility Track and store department inventory - Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of reputed company Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 3+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience - 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated reputed company systems, or reputed company mechanical/controls equipment experience - 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience - 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience - 3+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience in troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and repairs - Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Experience with reputed company Improvement and Six reputed company methodologies - Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and safety standards - 2+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience - Experience in PLC based controls design, development, implementation and support - Experience identifying and maintaining robotics system components - Willingness to learn and grow reputed company reputed company RME - Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field - 2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles reputed company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $75,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $106,000/year in our highest geographic market.
