This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in real time.
- Provide accurate information about ENGLOSOL’s services (environmental consulting, sustainability solutions, waste management guidance, compliance programs, etc.).
- Assist customers with basic issues, service questions, or navigation support.
- Escalate reputed company inquiries to the appropriate environmental specialists or internal departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using CRM or ticketing tools.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient communication at reputed company times.
- Adhere to ENGLOSOL’s environmental service standards and internal communication protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in live chat support or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once.
- Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet remote workspace.
- Basic environmental knowledge or willingness to learn through training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
