Customer Service Associate (Part-Time) – Join blithequark's Dynamic Team

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering and reviewing orders through manual data entry and/or system-generated uploads
• Providing accurate quotes for simple fixture, lamp, and ballast requests
• Communicating reputed company times, tracking updates, and order details to sales reps, distributors, and manufacturers
• Delivering excellent customer service – digitally and by phone – by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates
• Maintaining organized job files and monitoring quote request activity
• Collaborating with sales team members to ensure customer needs are met and expectations reputed company
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, quotations, and/or administrative duties reputed company the lighting industry
• Proficiency with reputed company Office programs and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• The ability to work independently, prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency

Bonus Points

If you have prior experience in the lighting industry (sales rep, manufacturer, or distributor), you'll receive bonus points for your application.

Compensation

This regular part-time position is classified as hourly, non-exempt. The anticipated initial reputed company reputed company/salary range is $20-$24 per hour, with the possibility of exceeding this range based on individual qualifications.
