We are seeking individuals who are eager to participate in our national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a customer assistant, you will have the flexibility to work from home, choosing from a variety of topics that interest you. Whether you're a parent, a tech enthusiast, or a foodie, we have opportunities for you to share your thoughts and opinions.Available Topics
- Child reputed company (individuals with children 18 yrs or younger)
- Cell Phones (reputed company, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract)
- Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
- Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
- Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans)
- Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why)
- Pets (Animal lovers needed! Dogs, cats, and other pets)
- Automobiles (Do you own, reputed company payments, or lease your vehicle?)
Responsibilities
As a customer assistant, your responsibilities will include:- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided. Then be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must:- Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Have access to a reliable internet reputed company
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Experience
While experience is not required, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in our focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.Job Benefits

Compensation
As a customer assistant, you can earn:- $75-$150 (per 1 hour session)
- $300-$750 (multi-session studies)
