Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Must be able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Be available to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
- Have a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
